Welcome, brave explorer 🧭. Today you begin a journey unlike any other, a quest through projects, teamwork 🤝, and your own personal growth 🌱. You will soon discover a curious object: a Time Capsule ⏳. At first, it may look ordinary, a box, a pouch, or a jar, but it is no ordinary object. This is a magical chest ✨, capable of capturing your thoughts, sketches, and insights storing them safely as you progress through challenges and discoveries.

Alongside your Time Capsule, you will find the Deck of Reflection Cards 🃏. These cards are no ordinary cards. They are guides, helping you see your journey in a new light. They come in four categories: Yourself 👤, Team 👥, Project 🏗️, and Future 🔮. Some cards will ask what you experienced, others probe how and why it mattered, but all lead you toward insights that will guide your next adventure, whether in your career, future projects, or personal growth.

Here’s how your quest unfolds 🚀

1. Venture into your first project: Assemble your team 👥 and dive into challenges. Experiment, explore, and face obstacles together.
2. Forge your Time Capsule: After the first project, give shape to your magical Time Capsule ✨. It can be anything that holds letters or drawings. Decorate it with your emblem, your colors, make it uniquely yours 🎨.
3. Collect the treasures of reflection: At the end of each project take your Reflection Cards 🃏 and use them together with your team to uncover insights you may have overlooked. Write or draw your discoveries, lessons or ideas for the future on a letter ✍️, and place it in your Time Capsule. Remember: the most valuable treasures are the lessons and ideas you can bring with you on future adventures 🏆.
4. Look back to move forward: As your journey continues you may peek into your Time Capsule ⏳. See how far you have come, what skills and ideas you’ve mastered, and what wisdom you have gained. Then, write something new after each project to capture the evolving story of your adventure 🌱.
5. Take your Time Capsule home: At the end of the semester, your Time Capsule is yours to keep. It is more than a collection of letters and drawings, it is a chest filled with your growth, memories 💌, and the lessons that will guide your next quests in life and work.

Example of a Quest moment: After a team project, you might discover a surprising strength 💪 in yourself, sketch an idea 💡 that surprised you most, or a moment shared with a teammate 🤗.

Your Quest Rules 🗺️

1. Complete projects one by one, exploring and experimenting with your team 👥.
2. After the first project, craft your personal Time Capsule ✨, your magical treasure chest.
3. After each project, use the Reflection Cards 🃏 with your companions, or alone, to create letters or drawings ✍️ for your Time Capsule. Focus on lessons and insights you can carry into the future 🔮.
4. Revisit your capsule whenever you wish, reflect on growth 🌱, and add new treasures 🏆 after each project.
5. At the end of the semester, take your Time Capsule home 🏡, your treasure chest of wisdom 📚 and insight for your future adventures.
